In Yunhe of Lishui, Xiangong lake lies in the upper reaches of Oujiang River stretching 400km in length. Xiangong Lake is full of water mist all the year round, with many branches and clear water, providing a natural living base for all kinds of fish. All kinds of organic fish that "grow up drinking mineral water" are famous specialties here. Among them, the "Xiangong Fish Head", which is cooked with silver carp head, is the most famous.
