Dragon Boat racing
赛龙舟
Dragon Boat racing is a traditional Chinese sporting activity. As for its origin, the most widely accepted version is that it began as a way to commemorate Qu Yuan (about 340 BC - 278 BC) , a patriotic poet of the State of Chu during the Warring States Period, it was then gradually spread to many countries and regions around the world. In 1984, Dragon Boat racing was listed as an official sports competition in China. It became an official Asian Games competition event for the first time in 2010 at the 16th Asian Games in Guangzhou. For the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, Dragon Boat racing includes 6 events: Men's/Women's 200 meters, 500 meters, and 1000 meters.
龙舟是中国传统体育活动。关于龙舟的起源，流传最广的说法是为纪念楚国爱国诗人屈原，之后逐渐传播到世界多个国家和地区。1984年，龙舟被列入我国正式开展的体育比赛项目，在2010年广州第16届亚运会上，龙舟首次成为正式比赛项目。2022年杭州亚运会，龙舟比赛共设男、女12人龙舟200米、500米、1000米6个项目。

Canoe slalom sees competitors navigate a whitewater course-up to 300 meters in length-by passing through a maximum 25 upstream and downstream gates in as quick a time as possible.
皮划艇激流回旋比赛中，运动员需要在长达300米的急流赛道上完成比赛，他们要力争用最短的时间穿过赛道中设置的25个旗门，这些旗门有些设在顺流段，有些设在逆流段。
