The mascot of the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022 is named "Feifei". The design is inspired by the "divine bird" in Liangzhu Culture. Its name has multiple implications. The first "fei" means the bird flying freely in the big sky, a metaphor for the inclusiveness, respect, and fraternity of human society. The second "fei" represents the tenacity of para-athletes in pursuing their dreams and challenging themselves. Extending from Feifei's wings to cheeks is the iconic pattern of Liangzhu Culture. The unfolding wings of the bird exhibit its dynamic beauty. The letter "i" on the bird's crown is the initial of the word "intelligence", which symbolises the strength of Hangzhou as a "City of Internet".

It was inspired by the ancient jade unearthed in Liangzhu, which is testament to the 5000-year-old Chinese civilisation; and the osmanthus, the flower of Hangzhou. The reverence that Liangzhu Jade enjoys is due to it being an essential part of the city's cultural origins, which provides an understanding of the ancient past. The vibrant osmanthus symbolises the Games concept of "Sunny, Harmonious, Persevering, Sharing".
